In December 2009, the Institute of Mathematics moved to the newly completed "Astronomy-Mathematics Building," which is located on the main campus of the National Taiwan University (NTU). The building is shared by the Institute of Astronomy and Astrophysics and the Institute of Mathematics from Academia Sinica, the Graduate Institute of Astrophysics and the Department of Mathematics from NTU. In 2010, the Institute of Mathematics officially opened its offices on the 6th and 7th floors of the building. The 2nd and 3rd floors is the Mathematics Library, shared by the Institute of Mathematics from Academia Sinica and the Department of Mathematics frpm NTU.
