Mr. Kwang-Chih Chang (third from left) is internationally renowned for his work in Chinese settlement archaeology and has made significant contributions to the reconstruction of Taiwan’s ancient culture. He also played a key role in establishing the Institute of Taiwan History. Wanting to dedicate his remaining years to Taiwan, he agreed to take on the role of Vice President.
