To celebrate the 90th anniversary of Academia Sinica and to promote the experience of Academia Sinica's popular science lectures among people and students from different counties and cities, Academia Sinica launched its cross-county popular lecture series, "Academia Sinica Popular Science Lectures," on August 25, 2018, at the National Museum of Taiwan Literature in Tainan. The event attracted nearly 200 enthusiastic participants.
