On October 10, 1941, Chinese Ambassador to the U.S., Hu Shih (middle), along with United China Relief Chairman James G. Blaine (right), presented the Sino-American Friendship Ten Thousand Signatures Book to U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt.
