On the morning of June 14, 1983, President Chien Shih-Liang (right) and Dr. Yen Chu (left), Director of the Institute of American Culture, were photographed in front of the St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco. This is the last public photo of President Chien Shih-Liang before his passing.
