On August 5-6, 2017, President James C. Liao (sixth from left in the second row) led a delegation from Academia Sinica to Harvard University to host a talent recruitment forum. During this visit, he was also invited to deliver a keynote speech at an event organized by the Boston Taiwanese Biotechnology Association.
