In commemoration of Academia Sinica’s 90th Anniversary, the "International Scientific Leasder's Forum" was held from November 12 to 13, 2018. Academia Sinica President James C. Liao (middle in the first row), accompanied by President Emeritus Yuan-Tseh Lee (third from left in the first row) and President Emeritus Chi-Huey Wong (first from left in the first row), participated alongside 20 representatives from esteemed research institutions worldwide. Under the theme "Roles and Challenges Facing National Academies," a series of sessions were held to share and exchange insights on the organizational operations, missions, challenges, and future prospects of national academies in various countries.
