On August 2-6, 2017, President James C. Liao led a delegation from Academia Sinica to the United States to host a talent recruitment forum at UCLA, Stanford University and Harvard University respectively. At the same time, President James Liao was invited to deliver a Keynote Speech at an event organized by the Boston Taiwanese Biotechnology Association.
